Pada tahap pertama ini, masing-masing penerima memperoleh pencairan sebesar Rp 1.250.000,- yang diperuntukkan sebagai upah tenaga tukang dalam proses pembangunan atau perbaikan rumah.. Kegiatan ini merupakan salah satu bentuk dukungan terhadap kelancaran pelaksanaan program BSPS, sekaligus mendorong terwujudnya hunian yang layak, aman, dan nyaman bagi masyarakat penerima bantuan..
