Walikota Madiun, Sugeng Rismiyanto turut melihat lokasi banjir, Sabtu (23\/2). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Jarang sekali, pejabat pemerintahan mau turun langsung ke lokasi banjir seperti ini, tetapi Bapak Sugeng ini sangat simpati dan mau melihat langsung kejadian banjir ini&#8221;, Ungkap Bapak Karneli, S.Sos.
